About Teen Teams Programs
Teen Teams Programs develops practical, structured resources that help adults support adolescents through real developmental challenges. We work with educators, facilitators, youth workers and organisations who need tools that function in real classrooms, group settings and community spaces — not idealised theory. Our programmes are designed to be used, not explained.
Why Teen Teams Programs Exists
Teenagers don’t learn bay being told who to be.
They learn through participation, reflection, discussion and practice.
Teen Teams Programs was created in response to a gap we kept seeing:
well-meaning adults with limited time, high-pressure environments, and few usable tools to support emotional and behavioural development in groups.
Our work focuses on:
- Active participation rather than lectures
- Practical structure rather than abstract theory
- Clear guidance rather than guesswork
Every programme is built to be facilitated confidently, even without specialist training.

What Makes Our Approach Different
Built for South African contexts
Our programmes reflect the realities of local schools and communities.
Structured but flexible
Clear frameworks that can be adapted to different groups and timeframes.
Participation-led learning
Activities, discussion and reflection drive insight and behaviour change.
Practical, not clinical
No therapy language. No unnecessary complexity.
